THE LONG DRIVE
We left for Colorado, to Damon's Granny's house in Hayden, Thursday afternoon, April 5th. It is always a long drive, but with Alyssa we never know how she is going to react the entire way there. We do come prepared those, since we have taken the drive many times before. She has her very own DVD player with many movies to choose from. Her favorites are Finding Nemo, Monsters Inc, Fox & the Hound, and many, many more.
She took a short 30 minute nap, we stopped for Frosty's in Rock Springs, say many antelope and deer, and many deer and elk dead on the side of the road. With our eyes pealed and our patience weakening, we made it there safely.
